Forsknings- och utvecklingsavdelningen inom affärsenhetens höghastighetsseparatorer (HSS) ansvarar för utveckling och produktion av höghastighetsseparatorer till Food&Water; (mejeri-, bryggeri-, dryck-, stärkelse-, vegetabilisk olja- och proteinindustri), Marin och Energy.

I rollen som testingenjör ansvarar du för att planera, förbereda och genomföra prov i vårt Test Centre samt ute på fältet. You will create and implement a business plan, assisting Alfa Laval Sales Companies in their activities and in achieving their targets. Working closely with colleagues in Service and Product & portfolio Management, you will analyse the installed base data, identify replacement opportunities, and drive successful implementation in the market. You work closely with key customers, gaining understanding of their needs and developing replacement strategies. You support all stages of the sales process, technically and commercially. Service Business Development, Upgrades

As responsible for Business Development Upgrades, you will drive the upgrade business for our installed base and develop our business model for the end of life in close collaboration with central and local colleagues.

Your Main Responsibilities:

You will implement and follow up a business plan, assisting Alfa Laval Sales Companies in their activities and in achieving their targets. Based on input from our customers and analyses of our installed base you will define our potential for upgrades and together with the rest of the team prepare a business plan to grow our upgrade business. End of life of our customers equipment will be a focus area to support sustainability and one of the exciting tasks will be to develop the business model to support this area.

You will drive the upgrade business together with our central colleagues and our sales companies to reach the sales targets. Your main responsibilities will include supporting all stages of the sales process, technically and commercially, this includes participating in customer visits, virtual meetings, webinars, and trainings.

Who are you?

To become successful in these positions you have an analytical mind and have previous experience from marketing, sales and business development. You are fluent in English and a strong communicator who enjoys networking with Sales Companies and Customers in a truly global business environment.

Who you are

As a Senior Project Engineer at Alfa Laval, or as we call it Process Engineer, you will be part of our nice project organisation delivering separator systems to global Life Science customers.

Engineering & Supply Business Unit High Speed Separators is responsible for engineering and delivery customer projects for separator systems to biotech, pharmaceutical, starch, vegetable oil, protein, brewery, biofuels and the beverage industry.

Your main tasks:
* Responsible for PLC programming for our High-Speed Separator projects.
* Testing at electrical cabinet shop builder.
* Establish, document and maintain clear standards for automation packages. Communicate these effectively to internal and external stakeholders. Take responsibility for continuous improvement of these standards.
* Provide technical support to customers, internal stakeholders, and external suppliers through the RFQ, bid development, project execution and commissioning/testing processes
* Review customer specifications in RFQ packages relevant to automation scope.

Your Main Responsibilities:

The product and portfolio manager is responsible for the customer’s end-to-end journey with the portfolio, from promotion, quotation, supply to service and support.

You collect the relevant customer, competitor and marketing insights and translate these insights into a clear product & portfolio roadmap.

You identify gaps and growth areas for your portfolio and develop, own and drive the product- and service development plan in a very close cooperation with our R&D, Sales, Service, Engineering & Supply and the Manufacturing organization to deliver a competitive portfolio securing quality, compliance and efficient supply chain.

In summary you inspire and lead across the organization to deliver a superior customer experience and a profitable growth for your portfolio.

Who are you?

Strong business acumen and proven track record of delivering a superior customer experience.

High degree of global perspective and understanding of customer’s processes and needs and journey in every aspect of decision making. Good in alignment and execution in a complex matrix organization.

Experience from the Food industry and digital services are beneficial as we are in a digital transformation journey. 

What you know?

A university degree in engineering and or industrial marketing.

Several years of experience in product management or business development roles.

Full professional English proficiency is a must.

As a Project Manager towards product development, you will be responsible for driving the development projects needed to achieve a competitive HSS portfolio. Depending on the candidate, the position might also offer the possibility to contribute to standardization of a new product range. However, the main responsibility will be project execution.
