How you will make an impact:

Establish internal specifications and update technical systems.

Analyze production outcomes and create follow-up documentation both internally and for the customer.


Strive for an improved quality level of the products manufactured in the factory overall.


Support product and process development work driven by other parts of the company.

Knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:
Required:
Education: At least a 3-year university degree in engineering or equivalent


Languages: Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish and English.


IT: Good knowledge of the Office suite

What will you do?
Oceanbird is now moving into the realization phase of our wing sails. During the year to come, we will test our first full-scale prototypes and at the same time prepare for moving into a commercial phase with focus on getting the wing sail out on the market.
Oceanbird is looking for a Quality Engineer to join our team. We are manufacturing large components in small series. Manufacturing of components is outsourced to suppliers working with welded and machined steel structures, glass fiber composites, hydraulics etc.
You will secure the right quality from the suppliers but also be part of establishing new suppliers.
Develop and implement quality assurance strategies.
Assess suppliers together with the sourcing team.
Follow up on deliverables from suppliers.



You will develop and maintain our quality system and take us through relevant certifications.
Own and develop our quality system.
Run ISO certification processes.



You are expected to travel approximately 45 days / year.


Who are you?
To succeed in this role, you should have:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
Minimum 5 years’ experience in product quality work.
A genuine technical interest and experience from different manufacturing technologies
Knowledge in reading drawings and verify compliance with specifications.
Experience in supplier quality management and auditing.
Strong knowledge of quality management systems, tools, and methodologies.
Experience from building up quality systems and performing audits.
Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
An interest in sustainability and a willingness to contribute to a better future.

HSS Portfolio & Quality is responsible for Portfolio Management of the Fuel, Lube & Pure application High Speed Separators as well as securing the quality follow-up, change management & process.

About the job
As a Quality Documentation Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of documentation related to quality management systems, and to support business with high quality and easily available technical information.
Your primary responsibility will be to compile the complete customers’ turnover package. The work will include to ensure that documents, such as certificates, test reports and welding documents are reviewed. As our new Quality Documentation Engineer, you will be responsible of ensuring we have the relevant documents such as manuals, certificates, test protocols and drawings, both from suppliers and from colleagues within the company. You will work closely with colleagues within the quality team in Engineering & Supply, project teams, and the local and global sales organization. You will also have direct contact with the customers regarding the turnover package requirements and deliverables. The work involves:
Prepare and maintain the technical documentation package and ensure compliance, training, and alignment.
Quality control of all documentation to ensure compliance with rules and regulations.
Make sure that the turnover package is according to the GMP/GDP.
Expedite factories and other stakeholders to supply documentation.
Collaborate with Design/Automation/Electrical engineers, Project managers and Product supply team on daily basis.
Cooperate with customers (as well) regarding to the turnover package requirements and deliverables.



Who you are

Vad bidrar du med i arbetet  hos oss?


I rollen som drift- och reglertekniker kommer du att självständigt samt i grupp utföra tillsyn och skötsel på samtliga anläggningar inom området och installationer som är direkt knutna till forskningsverksamheten. Utöver detta tillkommer säsongsrelaterat arbete som t.ex. gräs, slyröjningsarbete samt snö och halkbekämpning. Genom regelbunden rondering arbetar du med förebyggande underhåll där dokumentation och administration är en naturlig del av arbetet. Rollen innebär ett omväxlande arbete med varierande arbetsuppgifter och en viktig del av arbetet är att upprätta och underhålla många kontakter såväl internt som externt.

Har du den kompetensprofil vi behöver ?

Vi söker dig med relevant utbildningsbakgrund samt flera års praktisk erfarenhet av fastighetsdrift. Du har mycket god vana att arbeta i styr och övervakningssystem samt i fastighets eller ärendehanteringssystem. Du har erfarenhet av kravställande inom fastighetsområdet och god vana i dokumentering. B-körkort är ett krav.

Det är meriterande om du, arbetat i Larmiasystem, har erfarenhet av olika värmesystem, har el eller VVS kompetens, samt erfarenhet av yttre drift och skötsel.

Som person är du lugn, stabil och gör korrekta avvägningar och prioriteringar även i stressade situationer. Du har god förmåga att samarbeta och ser vikten av tydlig dialog för att skapa förtroende och bidra till verksamhetens bästa.
