Role and responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll & HR Coordinator to process, oversee and manage payroll operations across the organization. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, compliance with relevant laws and internal policies, and leading process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

In addition, the Payroll & HR Coordinator will contribute to HR development initiatives and participate in general HR projects, supporting the continuous improvement of HR processes, employee experience, and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Accountable for managing Payroll outsourcing vendors
Manage and oversee payroll processes in collaboration with external vendors
Ensure accurate data input from HR, Finance, and other departments
Act as subject matter expert on payroll systems, processes, and compliance
Reconcile payroll data and manage reporting
Drive system upgrades, process improvements and automation
Maintain payroll records, benefits, time-off tracking, and documentation
Handle employee queries related to payroll and benefits
Support and lead HR projects
Assist with audits and external reporting
Strong focus on identify and implement process improvements and increase accuracy and efficiency
HR and Payroll related program and project implementation and administration


Qualifications
To be successful in this role we believe that you have

Education:
Degree or Certification in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Payroll or related field preferred.


Experience:
Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist (minimum three years) or similar role.
Experience with matrix organisations
Experience with implementing and managing projects and processes
Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance standards.
Experience of HR and preferably Finance


Skills:
Proficiency in payroll systems (e.g., ADP, SAP, Workday, Oracle).
Advanced Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
High standard of accuracy, an attention to details and excellent follow-up skills as well as strong execution ability.
Excellent ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Fluent in Swedish and English
Strong understanding of payroll and tax laws.

Om rollen
Som Driftledare och ansvarig för växtodlingen kommer du att samarbeta med de olika avdelningarna i företaget (mjölkproduktion, skog m.m.) samt övrig verksamhet på gården såsom testverksamhet och konferensanläggning. Till din hjälp med det praktiska arbetet har du sex medarbetare.
I rollen kommer du leda och fördela arbetet i den dagliga driften i växtodlingen samt att ha ett övergripande gårdsansvar. Du ansvarar för administrativt arbete med växtodling, arbetsmiljöansvar, försäljning av grovfoder och inköp av förnödenheter med mera. Du har kontakt med säljare och samarbetspartners inom växtodlingen samt har budgetansvar för växtodlingen och underlag för redovisning. Rollen ingår i ledningsgruppen för gården och rapporterar direkt till VD.

Om Hamra Gård
Hamra Gård är DeLavals försöksgård och ett centrum för företagets forskning, utveckling och utbildning. Här arbetar 25 anställda, varav sju med växtodling och den yttre miljön. Gården omfattar totalt 3 600 hektar, varav 1 150 hektar utgörs av åkermark och betesmark, medan 2 000 hektar är skog. På Hamra finns tre ladugårdar med totalt 260 mjölkkor samt rekrytering.
Växtodlingen består av ca 1 150 hektar åker- och betesmark och drivs på kommersiella villkor. Vi odlar cirka 600 hektar spannmål och 300 hektar vall. Utöver foder till gårdens mjölkproduktion produceras hö och hösilage för avsalu. Maskinparken är modern med GPS-utrustning, logmaster, N-sensor m.m. och utvecklas ständigt efter gårdens behov. På gården plöjs vallbrott, men övrig växtodling sker med reducerad jordbearbetning & driften är konventionell.

About the Role

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who is not only experienced but also curious, solution-oriented, and ready to make a difference. Specifically, you’ll bring:

Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a broad HR Business Partner role or equivalent capacity within a complex, matrixed organization
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (HR, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or similar).
Proven experience supporting blue-collar (BC) populations, with strong practical knowledge of Swedish labor law and established experience in union collaboration and negotiations
Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making at all levels
Strong business acumen and a strategic mindset, with the agility to shift between strategic advisory and hands-on execution
Experience in driving and implementing organizational change and leadership development initiatives
Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English – verbal, written, and presentation
Comfortable facilitating workshops and group discussions, both virtually and in person
High degree of integrity, discretion, and professionalism when handling sensitive issues
A positive, curious, and proactive attitude with a continuous improvement mindset

You will be instrumental in crafting cloud services that meet the diverse needs of these personas, ensuring that our platform is accessible, scalable, and cost effective. Qualifications

Qualifications and experience
To be successful in this role we see that you have:

Education
· Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or equivalent.
· AWS certificates are good to have.

Work experience
· 7+ years of experience in software development covering both frontend and backend
· Technical ownership of backend services

Technology (Must have)
· Frontend: TypeScript, Vue.JS, Vuex, StoryBook, Cypress (testing), Single SPA (framework), Micro Frontend (design),

Senior Software Engineer - Farm Management Specialist

We are now strengthening the Software program with yet another team to work with the Farm Management windows application including the customer UI to meet the demands of the existing customers as well as to prepare it for the future in line with DeLaval’s vision of digitalization of its existing products. This application connects with the Farms real time system and devices to always have the latest information about farm, cows and DeLaval devices running on the farm.

It is a cross functional agile team where we are looking for senior developers that have extensive dairy farming domain knowledge & extensive experience in development and maintenance of farm management software.

This team works with the product that is frequently used by the dairy farmer in daily work and the final testing/acceptance is often done in a real environment at our own test farm close to the office. Going from the office to the barn to understand what works and what doesn’t will absolutely be a natural part of your job, so make sure to bring your wellies. This team’s responsibility is to design and deliver high quality new and improved functions as well as maintain and improve quality in existing legacy functions and provide support to the farmer around the clock.

You will also be part of transforming the product from being an on farm application into a cloud based subscription application using modern full stack development tools & technologies.

Your qualifications:

Bachelors in engineering or equivalent is preferred
10+ years of development experience in C# and .NET / .NET Core and data warehousing ( / No or equivalent)
5+ years of work experience in DevExpress, XAF/XPO rapid application development tool
Knowledge of dairy farming
5+ years of work experience in Farm Management software development, maintenance and support such as DelPro, etc.
Experience with GIT, JIRA, Jenkins & DevOps
Experience in Cloud API development/Microservices
Experience with HTML/HTLM5, JS, CSS, Angular/React (micro UI)
Experience in working with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
Fluent in English and/or Swedish


The position is located at DeLaval in Sweden, Tumba. Travels to meet customers and to see our products in real environment is required as well as meeting with the colleagues in Poland. You shall join as a Senior Software Engineer and will report to Akhil Barjatia, Software Development Supervisor.
