We are now looking for a Procuct Specialist Animal Intellligence, Milk Analysis Area to join a professional team of 12 located in Sweden, Poland and Germany.
As a Product Speciliast you will actively manage and execute on the development of the assortment and business within the Milk Analysis area, with a strong focus on innovation, product development, product lifecycle, quality and support. Helping our customers to improve efficiency, animal welfare, cow longevity and increase awareness and focus on sustainability in dairy production.
The Milk Analysis area, includes the products Herd Navigator, On line cell counter ( OCC ) and DeLaval cell counter DCC. These are all key solutions to help our customers to develop their operation within the challenges mentioned above. In addition the Milk Analysis area will support sales growth and market share development of DeLaval´s milking systems.
Key responsibilities:
Product owner for specific products in the area of Milk Analysis
Contribute in the development planning
Support and contribute in development and quality & maintenance projects
Contribute to drive growth in the product area of responsibility
Manage & develop assortment life cycle in terms of quality improvements, documentation, compliance, product cost-reduction efforts and overall pruning & simplification jointly with the respective Supply chain and PD organization
Responsible for Siebel Customer Complaints actions and resolutions
Implementation of possible Digital Service functionality into the product area, also linked to development projects
DRP setting of new and existing products and solutions with the Central Pricing Team
Support and contributes in trainings and competence handover (technical, biological, feature & benefit) in the product area of responsibility area
Communicates with DeLaval Cluster- and Market Area teams, product teams as well as development teams and external parties


Qualifications and experience
To be successful in this role we believe that this background is suitable;
2-5 years in international product specialist or assortment management roles
Sound technical and product knowledge
Organized, task oriented and analytical personality
Strong drive and good communication skills
Cross functional team player
Experience with the DeLaval IT Systems, such as SAP, Aras, Siebel, VPA and others within Product Management
Preferably Bachelor or Master degree in engineering / agriculture or veterinarian

Technical Specialist Liners & Tubes
We are now looking for a Technical Specialist to join our Clusters, Liners & Tubes team. Main responsibilities
• Product quality and maintenance responsibility
• Support local sales organisations with technical guidance
• Actively support the product manager with product related requests
• Act as the internal product contact and participate in development projects
• Responsible for technical documentation
• Provide needed product trainings

Requirements
• Bachelor/Master degree in Agriculture or Engineering
• Minimum 3 years working experience
• Technical skills
• Experience and interest in the dairy sector
• Fluent in English in both writing & speaking
• Aptitude to work with different Data Management tools
• Ability to interact in cross functional as well as in cross cultural teams
• Good communication skills
• Self-relient personality
