Ditt anställningserbjudande

Detta är ett konsultuppdrag med start så snart som möjligt. Uppdraget är belagt 50% men kan efter en tid skalas upp till 100%. Du kommer att vara anställd av TNG eller som underkonsult men arbeta på plats hos vår kund söder om Stockholm. Då vår kund arbetar inom tillverkningsindustrin kommer du att arbeta i en inspirerande miljö där djur och natur står i fokus. 

Dina arbetsuppgifter

Som VD-assistent kommer du att ha en varierande roll där administration, projektledning och koordinering är av hög prioritet. Du kommer ha flera olika kontaktytor och kalendern är ditt främsta verktyg för att kunna lösa arbetsuppgifterna på ett smidigt och korrekt sätt. 

Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter kommer att vara: 

• Hantera e-post, kalenderbokningar och mötesförberedelser för VD.
• Schemaläggning av möten.
• Skapa och skicka ut mötesinbjudningar, t.ex. via Teams eller Outlook.
• Koordinera interna och externa möten, konferenser och besök.
• Vara kontaktpunkt för interna kollegor och externa aktörer.
• Ansvara för beställningar av arbetskläder och material.
• Ta emot gäster och koordinera evenemang och aktiviteter.
• Utföra enklare ekonomiska uppgifter som att stämma av utgifter och fakturering. 
•
Samarbeta med företagets ekonomiavdelning i löpande ärenden.

Att hantera Office 365 och andra digitala verktyg ser du som en självklarhet. Dina arbetsuppgifter

Som lagermedarbetare kommer dina arbetsuppgifter bland annat vara att:

• Upprätthålla ett lager av material i förrådet.
• Hjälpa till att hålla mottagningsområdet och personalutrymmena snygga och organiserade.
• Hantera inkommande material enligt SOP, vilket inkluderar korrekta förvaringsförhållanden enligt status, märkning och dokumentationshantering.
• Utföra regelbundna inventeringskontroller under ledning av närmaste chef.

Det här är ett konsultuppdrag på heltid med start omgående som pågår till och med sista september. Du kommer vara anställd av oss på TNG men arbeta ute i vår kunds lokaler i Söderort, Stockholm. Arbetstiderna är förlagda måndag till fredag kl. 08.00-17.00.

Våra förväntningar

För att trivas och vara framgångsrik i rollen har du:

• Erfarenhet av att arbeta som lagermedarbetare/lageradminisratör inom läkemedel, apotek eller annan bransch där arbete inom regelverk förekommer.
• Erfarenhet av kvalitetsarbete inom lager.
• God systemvana.
• Flytande kunskaper i engelska i såväl tal som skrift. Det är meriterande med god svenska.

Arbetet innebär att man rör sig mycket och går regelbundet i trappor samt en del tunga lyft, så du behöver ha förmågan att kunna lyfta minst 15 kg. Som person är du noggrann, strukturerad, gillar att ha ordning och reda omkring dig samt är ansvarstagande.

Dina arbetsuppgifter

I rollen som Gymvärd kommer du att ansvara för driften på din gymanläggning i Botkyrka Hallunda. Det innebär bland annat att:

• uppmuntra medlemmens träning och skapa återbesök
• fånga upp behov och feedback från medlemmar
• skapa en säker och trygg träning på anläggningen
• utföra funktionskontroll av träningsutrustning
• jobba mot uppsatt budget
• lägga beställningar och hantera order
• registrera nya medlemmar, besvara mejl och liknande administration

För rätt person finns det även möjlighet att hålla enkla träningspass på gymmet med cirka 6-8 medlemmar åt gången. Du kommer då visa enkla basövningar som medlemmarna gör i cirkel i en lättsam och avslappnad atmosfär. Du kommer få en grundlig utbildning av Fitness24Seven och vara med på pass själv innan du håller egna pass.

Värt att veta

Tjänsten är heltid på 100% med arbetstider måndag-tisdag kl. 11:30-20:15, onsdag-torsdag kl. 11:45-20:15 samt fredag kl. 11:45-17:15. Tänkt start är 9/10. Du kommer att få en introduktion som ger dig en bra grund att bygga vidare på i rollen som Gymvärd.

Du planerar själv ditt arbete dagligen och veckovis, så att du hinner med både kundkontakt och administrativt arbete. Till din hjälp har du avstämningar med en area manager, och under introduktionen tar du del av vilka rutiner som du behöver ha koll på.

VAD KAN VI ERBJUDA DIG?

I rollen som Site Responsible på anläggningen i Hallunda kommer du att jobba i en miljö där träning och hälsa är i centrum. Fitness24Sevens vision är att erbjuda träningsmöjligheter som är tillgängligt, välkomnande och som alla har råd med.

Som Site Responsible får du ett varierande jobb där service är i fokus. Jobbet innebär mycket kontakt med människor, dels med dina kollegor men mest med gymmets medlemmar. Du kommer hjälpa medlemmarna med olika ärenden, både högt som lågt, där målet är att alla ska känna sig välkomna oavsett om man är van att träna eller om det är första gången personen är på ett gym.

Du kommer inledningsvis få en introduktion för din roll som Site Responsible. I början av anställningen blir du också tilldelad en egen Trainer som hjälper dig med allt från det praktiska men som även finns till hands om du har frågor eller funderingar kring jobbet. Under hela din anställning har du även möjligheten att ta del av Fitness24Seven utbildningsprogram. På Fitness24Seven har vi en god gemenskap och bra sammanhållning bland personalen där många även hittar på saker utanför arbetstid.

Du erbjuds en marknadsmässig lön med möjlighet till bonus samt gratis träningskort till alla Fitness24Sevens gym.

DINA FRAMTIDA ARBETSUPPGIFTER

I rollen som Site Responsible kommer du att ansvara för driften på din gymanläggning i Hallunda. Det innebär bland annat att:

• uppmuntra medlemmens träning och skapa återbesök
• fånga upp behov och feedback från medlemmar
• skapa en säker och trygg träning på anläggningen
• utföra funktionskontroll av träningsutrustning
• jobba mot uppsatt budget
• lägga beställningar och hantera order
• registrera nya medlemmar, besvara mejl och liknande administration

För rätt person finns det även möjlighet att hålla enkla träningspass på gymmet med cirka 6-8 medlemmar åt gången. Du kommer då visa enkla basövningar som medlemmarna gör i cirkel i en lättsam och avslappnad atmosfär. Du kommer få en grundlig utbildning av Fitness24Seven och vara med på pass själv innan du håller egna pass.

ROLLEN INNEBÄR I KORTHET

Du planerar själv ditt arbete dagligen och veckovis, så att du hinner med både kundkontakt och administrativt arbete. Till din hjälp har du avstämningar med en area manager, och under introduktionen tar du del av vilka rutiner som du behöver ha koll på.

Under dina arbetspass kommer du att jobba ensam eller tillsammans på din gymanläggning i Hallunda. Tjänsten är heltid på 100% med arbetstider måndag till fredag kl. 11.30 - 19.15. Tänkt start är omgående. Du kommer att få en introduktion som ger dig en bra grund att bygga vidare på i rollen som Site Responsible.

• är minst 18 år gammal

Har du tidigare arbetat med ett serviceinriktat jobb är det meriterande, men inget krav. Vi ser att du behärskar svenska flytande i tal och skrift och har en god förståelse för engelska i tal och skrift.
