Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter
· Köra, ställa in och övervaka maskiner för tillverkning och paketering av
nikotinpåsar.
· Utföra kvalitetskontroller och dokumentera produktionsdata.
· Felsöka och åtgärda enklare driftstörningar.
· Rengöring och hygienarbete enligt GMP och interna rutiner.
· Följa gällande säkerhets-, kvalitets- och myndighetskrav.

Kvalifikationer
· Erfarenhet som maskinoperatör, gärna inom läkemedel, livsmedel eller tobaksproduktion
· God teknisk förståelse och vana vid automatiserade produktionslinjer
· Erfarenhet av arbete enligt GMP, ISO eller liknande kvalitetssystem är meriterande
· Goda kunskaper i svenska, både i tal och skrift

Role Overview
As a Quality Control Technician at Habit Factory, you will play a key role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of safety, consistency, and compliance. You’ll be responsible for routine sampling, testing, and inspection of raw materials, in-process batches, and finished products, as well as supporting continuous improvement across our production processes.
You will work closely with Operations, R&D, Science, and Procurement to ensure our quality routines align with regulatory requirements and evolving internal standards. As we continue to certify our systems toward ISO 9001, ISO 14001, GMP, and industry-specific frameworks, you will be an important contributor in maintaining and strengthening our quality practices.
This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment with strong opportunities to learn, develop, and grow as the company expands globally.

Location: Stockholm HQ
About you
We’re looking for a structured, detail-oriented Quality Control Technician with experience from manufacturing — ideally within food, pharma, or other regulated industries. You take pride in accuracy, follow standards carefully, and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team.

Role Overview
As Quality Manager at Habit Factory, you’ll have overall responsibility for all aspects of quality within the company — with a focus on product quality, internal processes, and standardization.
We’re well underway in certifying our quality system to relevant standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, GMP, and other industry-specific frameworks.
This role spans both strategic and operational levels and offers the opportunity to develop and shape the Quality department as we continue to grow. You’ll lead a small but ambitious team and collaborate closely with Operations, R&D, Science, and Procurement.
As the company expands globally through both organic growth and new partnerships, the position will evolve with it — offering significant room for professional growth.
