Role Overview
As Quality Manager at Habit Factory, you’ll have overall responsibility for all aspects of quality within the company — with a focus on product quality, internal processes, and standardization.
We’re well underway in certifying our quality system to relevant standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, GMP, and other industry-specific frameworks.
This role spans both strategic and operational levels and offers the opportunity to develop and shape the Quality department as we continue to grow. You’ll lead a small but ambitious team and collaborate closely with Operations, R&D, Science, and Procurement.
As the company expands globally through both organic growth and new partnerships, the position will evolve with it — offering significant room for professional growth.

About you
We’re looking for an experienced and well-qualified Quality Manager, ideally with a background in pharma or food manufacturing. You thrive on ownership, leadership, and building strong systems and teams.
You’re a structured and proactive problem-solver who knows how to develop, measure, and stabilize processes — while continuously seeking improvement.
You are:
· Open and honest
· Ambitious and self-driven
· A strong team player with an international mindset
· Comfortable with occasional travel (a few weeks per year)
· Holder of a valid driving license
